Meet Scott Dubey: Director of Sales, Eastern Region

Nova Flex LED is delighted to announce the appointment of Scott Dubey as the Director of Sales, Eastern Region. In this role, Dubey will provide comprehensive sales support, bolster the brand’s elevation, and ensure the highest return on investment for Nova Flex’s agent partners.

Located in Western Massachusetts, Scott brings 17 years of invaluable experience in the lighting industry to Nova Flex. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of Specification Sales at Lighting Affiliates in Connecticut from 2008 to 2023. Prior to this, he contributed to the success of Reflex Lighting in Boston from 2005 to 2008, where he played an instrumental role on both the specification and contractor sales teams.

With a deep understanding of lighting design, lighting solutions, and emerging technologies, Scott Dubey is passionate about establishing robust relationships with industry professionals, fostering collaboration on projects, and consistently surpassing customer expectations.

Dubey’s commitment to continuous learning is commendable. He dedicates himself to staying up to date with industry trends, actively participates in conferences, and seeks out professional development opportunities. Renowned in the industry for his strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences, Scott is poised to make a significant impact at Nova Flex.

Outside of work, Scott cherishes quality time with his wife, two children, and dog. He enjoys outdoor activities and has a particular affinity for golf. As a creative outlet, Scott also engages as a DJ, creating memorable experiences for weddings and parties.
