Signature Series White High Efficiency: Launched in January, this product set a new industry standard with exceptional thermal management, mechanical bonding, and color rendering. See product page.
Signature Series Tunable White: Introduced in June, offering dynamic control over color temperature to mimic daylight rhythms and enhance versatility in spaces like restaurants and venues. See product page.
Signature Series Full Spectrum: Launched in July, this product mimics natural daylight, supporting energy, focus, and human-centric lighting needs for residential, commercial, and horticultural applications. See product page.
Signature Series Dim to Warm: Debuted in December, provides seamless dimming with consistent color quality, transitioning smoothly to warmer tones for ideal ambiance without compromise. See product page.
Next-Gen Pro and Design Series: Released in October, these upgraded lines feature the same cutting-edge LED chip technology as the Signature Series, with CRI95+ for exceptional color accuracy and consistency. See product page.
Website Evolution & Enhanced Customer Experience
Throughout the year, we made significant updates to enhance usability, including:
- Advanced product filtering for easier navigation.
- Faster load times (up to 200% quicker).
- “Quick view” feature for streamlined browsing.
- Updated product page layouts, filters, and cards.
- Mobile-friendly design enhancements.
- A refreshed landing page showcasing new product changes.
- New agent map and resources page to better support our partners.
Customer Feedback: We conducted detailed customer interviews and surveys to gather insights for continuous improvement.
CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Tool: Launched in November, a quote system designed with extensive customer feedback to make placing and reviewing quotes fast and easy.
New Offerings & Expanded Options
Reels & Connectors: Introduced in May for the Pro and Design Series, offering quick and easy ordering solutions.
New Channel Options: Added new high quality options in December to meet diverse project needs with higher performance lenses.
New Wireless Power and Control Systems: Released in September, an elevated line of controls with much easier and more intuitive setup and use, wireless or hard-wired connection options, and much improved overall functionality.
Milestones and Moves
New Corporate Office: In April, we relocated our corporate office next to our production center, fostering collaboration and efficiency by bringing all teams together!
Updated Terms and Conditions: Revised in August to better support our agents and continue our mission to be easy to work with.
New Team Members: Ann Hogan and Austin Young joined in November as Regional Sales Managers, bringing valuable expertise to our team.
